Still tight, with perfumed notes of violet and incense starting to unwind from the core of dark plum, boysenberry and raspberry fruit. Plenty of spice and dark licorice notes wait in reserve on the fleshy, powerful finish, where there's an undertow of sweet earth. Mostly Grenache with a small percentage of mixed varieties. Best from 2010 through 2030. Designation: Collectibles.
