The vineyard is located at 260 meters on Jurassic limestone. Vines are 48 years old. After fermentation 70% remains in stainless steel, and the remaining wine ages on the lees in a mix of new, one-year old and two-year old barrels. Of the 30% of the wine that ages in barrels 15% were new, one from each cooper. Farmed bio-dynamically.
Rich and juicy, this white boasts peach, apricot and grapefruit aromas and flavors. It's well-defined, with a grapefruit peel accent on the finish. Drink now. 490 cases made.
