Bright golden brown - again brilliant and transluscent. The nose is an array of fresh cold tea. The flavors are that of rich honey and caramel/toffee. Despite the rather abundant oak treatment, the wood is well integrated and shows itself ever so slightly on the finish. Serve with brandy pudding, walnuts and dates - even add a cheese board on the side.
