Deep brown with an orange rim. On the nose, lashings of toffee, figs, cream and Thai fish sauce. On the palate, the texture was simply sumptuous. Pure velvet. Intense acidity without any trace of astringency. Honey, figs, toffee; superb balanced acidity on the palate. Exceptional length and remarkably clean finish. Nothing sticky about this wine.
