From four parcels with an average age of 39 years, and the oldest being 55, which may be why this wine improves each year. Or seems to. In fact Leistenberg is something of a secret weapon in this cellar, but as Helmut says, "We don't want to force every vineyard into making "important" wine; something has to give us our Kabinett."
