Aged to sublimate characteristics of an exceptional year, Brut Vintage 2005 is a true Blanc de Noirs. The vineyard used is called "Franc de Pied", increasing the original terroir characteristics and enhancing the aromas palette. The eye shows a satiny color, sustained with constant bubbles. A subtle nose opens fresh fruits aromas, evolving to stone fruits, like peach or Mirabelle. Mouth is full of acid fruits and completed with citrus fruits and exotic fruits notes. The balance between minerality and freshness signs that Vintage 2005 with a strong personality and a high potential of laying down.
