The Solera of this wine was set in 1830, and has an average age of 30 years. Color: Amber-topaz color, very bright, complemented by a broad iodine-colored rim. Nose: Complex aromas of fine wood and nuts such as hazelnut, highly evolved because of its lengthy ageing. Tasting: This great wine acquires its final profile in the mouth: powerful and very structured, flavorsome and slightly bitter, giving it great elegance. Food Pairing: Flavorsome fish stews and quality cold meats such as "morcón" (a kind of thick sausage), pork loin and Iberian ham. Also goes perfectly with cured cheeses and white meats.
